Team Rates: 3+ receives a $20 discount each 5+ receives a $40 discount each

Women's Wrestling summer resident camp. Come train for 4 days to get better for next season, prepare for Fargo, or any other summer events. Training will be mostly freestyle, we will have live matches, drilling, technique, classroom sessions, and sessions on tactics.

DAY 1
- 1:00 -2:00 PM – check in (Andorfer Commons)
- 2:30 PM – Session 1 begins

- 7:00 AM – CARDIO/STRETCH
- 8:00 AM – BREAKFAST
- 9:30 AM – TECHNIQUE SESSION
- 12:00 PM – LUNCH
- 1:30 PM – TECHNIQUE SESSION
- 4:00 PM – CLASSROOM SESSION
- 4:30 PM – DINNER
- 6:00 PM – LIVE WRESTLING
- 8:00 PM – RECREATION
- 10:30 PM – LIGHTS OUT

- 7:00 AM Stretch
- 8:00 AM Breakfast
- 9:30 AM – Session 9
- 11:30 AM – Lunch
- 1:00 PM – Session 10
- 2:30 PM – check out (Andorfer Commons)

WHAT TO BRING: Running shoes, wrestling shoes, notebook, workout and relaxation clothes, shower supplies, toiletries, hygiene products, towel, bedding (if a resident camper). Laundry facilities are available on campus.
